Emapey -
I feel exactly the same way! Thank you for sharing this Twitter tool. Twitter has been beyond valuable for me! The connections, the resources, and yes, the friendships! Knowing that you have a support system with you at all time keeps you going, even on the days that you think you can’t! I feel so blessed to have made the connection with you and others!

Thanks for providing an example of your own use and for the valuable links. Your post is in itself an example of the power of networking.

It is interesting to see the patterns of my tweets. Tells me that I check throughout the day, with a couple peaks in AM and PM. Interesting that I seem to check on things at the end of the eventing as well.

Dear Emapey,
I agree with you Twitter is a great tool for networking and as you said also for making friends. I would take this opportunity to thank you for all the support and help. I have learned a lot from you. Thank you for “telling me off” whenever I deserve it jajaja.

Sorry for being a latecomer.
I was reluctant to use twitter, I opened my account cause I was participating in a workshop and one of the tools we had to explore was twitter.
I discovered its value one day I was on holiday and prepared a presentation about wikis just to play with a tool to get screenshots. I made it in google presentations and wrote a tweet inviting people. I had started to use twitter not long before that, was following few people and had very few followers, I thought nobody would show up. Quite a lot of people showed up, even people I didn’t know. I was sort of terrified at first. I couldn’t believe it.
Something I love about twitter is that it’s not invasive.
See you, you know where.
