Learning Strategies for Generation X

Recent research reveals that nearly 40 percent of workers plan to look for a new job within the next year. The contrast with the “lifer” ethic of previous generations could not be more startling, and the challenges for employers are clear. They must compete harder to attract talent, and work harder to retain it. The changing nature of the workforce has direct implications for learning and training.
